Dr. med.
Sandra Lossau

Dr. med. Sandra Lossau, born in Münster and raised in Munich, completed her medical studies at the renowned Charité in Berlin. After successfully passing her state examination, she gained her first practical experience as a medical intern in general and trauma surgery. Her thirst for knowledge and interest in research led her to the United States, where she completed a research stay at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester.

Back in Berlin, she earned her doctorate at the Anatomical Institute of the Charité on the fascinating topic of the “Immune Privilege of the Brain.”

During her specialist training in general medicine, she expanded her expertise at a large family medical practice in Berlin with a focus on internal medicine, as well as at the Clinic for Gastroenterology, Hematology, and Oncology at the DRK Clinics in Berlin-Köpenick. After being certified as a specialist, she spent over a decade working independently in a well-established community medical practice in Berlin.

In 2023, she decided to embark on a new chapter in the sunny south and has been practicing in Mallorca ever since, where she lives with her husband.
